Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using BuraqWash. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BuraqWash (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or a banner on the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BuraqWash. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Services Description
BuraqWash is a technology platform that connects customers with independent professional car washers ('Washers'). BuraqWash does not itself provide car washing services — we facilitate the booking and payment between customers and Washers. Washers operate as independent contractors, not employees of BuraqWash.
4. Bookings
When you place a booking through BuraqWash, you are entering into a service agreement with the assigned Washer. BuraqWash facilitates this agreement. You must provide accurate vehicle and location information. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made with fraudulent or incorrect information. Instant bookings are confirmed immediately; scheduled bookings are confirmed at least 2 hours before the selected time.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. Payment may be made through Stripe or PayPal. BuraqWash charges a platform service fee of 20% on each booking. Prices may change without prior notice — the price shown at booking time is the price you pay.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before arrival may incur a cancellation fee of $10. If a Washer cancels, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking. Refunds for service disputes are handled case-by-case within 3 business days. Our satisfaction guarantee means we will rebook at no cost if you are not happy with the wash quality.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide safe and reasonable access to your vehicle; (b) ensure your vehicle does not contain any hazardous, illegal or dangerous materials; (c) not harass, threaten or abuse any Washer; (d) not use the platform for any illegal purpose; (e) keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.
8. Washer Conduct & Quality
All Washers on BuraqWash are verified, trained and reviewed. However, BuraqWash does not guarantee the outcome of any service. If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 24 hours and we will arrange a free re-wash or issue a refund at our discretion. BuraqWash is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage.
9. Liability Limitations
BuraqWash's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. We are not responsible for weather delays, traffic conditions, or events outside our control. Vehicle damage claims must be reported within 2 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on BuraqWash — including our name, logo, design, code and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of BuraqWash and may not be copied, used or reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
