- To process, manage and fulfil your car wash bookings.
- To match you with available, verified washers in your area using real-time location data.
- To send booking confirmations, OTP codes, receipts and service updates via email or SMS.
- To improve our platform — we analyse aggregate, anonymised usage data to enhance our services.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- To send you promotional offers (only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time).
3. Sharing Your Information
- With Washers: We share your first name, booking location and vehicle details with the assigned washer so they can complete your service.
- With Service Providers: We use trusted third parties (Firebase, Google Maps, Resend, Twilio, Stripe) strictly to operate our platform. They are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of BuraqWash, our users or the public.
- We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

- We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
- Booking history is retained for 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
